Alumni from Classes 1956 - 2023 Return to School

On Friday 26 April, as our Upper Sixth Form attend their last Mass as pupils at the Vaughan, our alumni returned to school for a very special reunion. Over 70 Old Vaughanians from the Class of 1956 right up to last year's cohort, the Class of 2023, came together ahead of the school's 110th anniversary, representing almost two-thirds of the Vaughan's 110-year pupilage.

As well as reminiscing over memories made at the Vaughan, our alumni were given a tour of Addison building to revisit the Chapel, sit in their classrooms and walk the corridors of the school that has educated over 10,000 pupils since 1914

Thank you to our Sixth Form helpers, Fourth Form pupil, Malakai B, who sang his BGT 'golden buzzer' winning arrangement of Pie Jesu in an intimate performance for our alumni, and to the members of our Greenpower Team who shared updates on their Eco Car project.

Thank you also to everyone who attended this event and made it such a special reunion. Our large alumni community is incredibly valuable to the Vaughan and together, we have the potential to make a real difference to help continue providing an outstanding education for current and future pupils so that they can experience the same school that you attended.

Please make sure we have your current contact information so we can keep you updated with our plans to celebrate 110 years of the Vaughan. Reach out to other alumni and make sure that they are reconnected with the school so we can all celebrate this historic milestone. Finally, we ask you to consider how you can support the Vaughan.

We look forward to hosting more alumni events very soon!
