Eco Schools Bronze Award
Over the past year the boys from Eco-Club have been taking part in the Eco-Schools international award programme.
As part of this scheme, pupils have been following a simple seven-step process which helps them to address a variety of environmental themes, ranging from litter and waste to healthy living and biodiversity.
The whole project has proven extremely successful and we are now proud to announce that the Eco Club has been awarded an Eco-Schools Bronze Award.
This internationally recognised award is down to the boys hard work at ensuring that everything that can be recycled around the school is being so, and that energy is being saved in all the classrooms and School buildings.
With their continued good work and the recent addition of a Sixth Form Eco Club, we should be on target to win our Silver Award by the summer.
