Do you want to become a teacher?
Training with the Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School means you are choosing to start your career in the most successful comprehensive school in the country. Our success is a reflection of our belief in being innovative whilst staying true to those traditions which have stood the test of time. Central to our mission is an unwavering commitment to developing the full potential of all members of the Vaughan community, both pupils and teaching professionals alike.
Your initial teacher training will be through the School Direct Programme (for further information please see https://getintoteaching.education.gov.uk); this type of teacher training takes place in the school. All previous School Direct trainees have secured full time employment at the end of their training.
