New Schola Music

The Vaughan Schola, singing from their homes during the Lockdown in February 2021, perform The Road Home by American composer Stephen Paulus (1949-2014). The treble soloist in the third verse is Daniel White.

The Schola dedicates this performance to the memory of Janet O'Connor. Janet, who passed away suddenly in January 2021, was the Children's Coordinator at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden for more than twenty five years. Countless children, including many boys from the Vaughan, benefited from her kindness, experience and wisdom as they performed on that most famous of operatic stages. She will be greatly missed by all her who knew her.
