The Vaughan Parents Association
At the Vaughan, we firmly believe that the close relationship which exists between our parents, teachers and pupils lies at the heart of our success.
The Vaughan Parents Association plays a vital role in supporting this relationship by bringing together the parent community for a number of very enjoyable social events.
The primary aim of the Vaughan Parents Association is to give parents the opportunity to become an active member of the Vaughan community - one which many pupils and parents feel part of long after leaving the school.
We do this by running a number of social events for all the family, including our Christmas Dinner & Dance, Big Band Evening, Bingo and Race Night, Quiz, Golf Day and Summer Fete.
These social gatherings provide an opportunity to meet other parents and to appreciate and enjoy the unique ethos of the school, over and above its outstanding academic achievements and the pastoral development of its pupils.
If you would like to support the VPA with your time and skills and would like to know how you can best help, please email us at vf@cvms.co.uk
If you are currently unable to offer your time or skills, please do try to attend our events, as the surplus funds raised do help to give our boys and girls some fantastic opportunities.
We are particularly proud of our ongoing support to the Vaughan’s Pupil Support Fund for those pupils whose families are experiencing financial hardship and the Sixth Form's annual pilgrimage to Lourdes with the HCPT Trust.
