Lower Sixth Form Pupil Joins Military Personnel in VE Day 80 Assembly

Last Thursday, Lower Sixth Form pupil, Jamie C, was invited by the Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Robert Rigby to a reception in the Mayor's Parlour where the Lord Mayor thanked him and a small number of people for their charity volunteering.

On Monday, Jamie was honoured to be selected as part of a small group to represent the Scouts, joining the military personnel in the VE Day 80 assembly in Parliament Square, and then closing the parade along the Mall. He was the only Explorer Scout from England to be chosen, and received a salute from King Charles.
